Holiday resort "i dr Rehwiesa"
Dear holiday guests!

We welcome you to our holiday complex "i dr Rehwiesa". We have put a lot of effort into the decor and hope that you will spend a wonderful holiday in the Arosa.

The following house rules should give you an aid in which we now describe how we imagine the handling of your apartment and its inventory.

General:
If you miss anything in the facility or you need help - please let us know immediately. Only in this way can we remedy any shortcomings quickly.

All things that are in the apartment or belong to it, may and should be used by the guests. Please handle the things in and around the house with care.
Nobody will deliberately damage things in the apartment, but it can happen to anyone that something breaks. We are happy if you inform us of the damage and we do not determine the damage until after your departure or when the next tenants move in.
The tenants are liable for damages, as far as they, your fellow travelers or guests have caused them or for other reasons, but here are not minor details such. meant a broken glass.
 
Kitchen Bath:
Please note that dishes are only returned to the cabinets when washed, as are cutlery, pots and utensils that you have used. Please separate your garbage (black sack / paper / bottles / carton). Sat. TV / W-LAN
Please do not program the TV sets according to your wishes.
In the house is a public W-LAN. The W-Lan code for this is: AlopZWN1842ghj
In individual apartments it has its own W-Lan. The code for this is written on the TV socket.

Living area:
The apartments may not be entered with "street shoes". You are in the middle of nature, where especially in wet weather or snow shoes can get pretty dirty!
In the event of intentional non-compliance, we intend to charge this retrospectively.

To the smoker:
In the apartments smoking is prohibited without exception. Smoking on the balcony is allowed. Ashtrays are available should also be used on the terraces.
  
Swimming pool:
With your apartment key, you get through the garage, into the entrance of the indoor pool.
Sauna:
You are welcome to reserve the sauna. You must register this one day in advance with the housekeeper, at the reception

Leaving:
To make sure that the change of apartment runs smoothly for everyone, please note the following points:

4. Empty the dishwasher and supply the dishes.
